The Troubles of the World All Began With an Apple in a Garden

The simple story of the Bible explains how all the troubles of the world began, and it started with an apple, in a garden. Bible StoryBoards can help you understand that story and what that incident with the apple set in motion that has affected the rest of history.

Apple or Not, It Was Off Limits
Apple or Not, It Was Off Limits

We’ve divided the story of God and man that’s told in the Bible into fifteen eras in biblical history.

Created By God to Love God

StoryBoard 1 tells how God created us and a perfect world to live in. We were free to love Him and love each other in the garden where He had placed us. Life was good, just like God intended for it to be.

But Mankind Messed Up

But we messed up by doing the one thing God asked us not to do – “Don’t eat from that one particular fruit tree over there.” StoryBoard 2 tells that sad part of the story. And yes, it probably wasn’t an apple. But whatever fruit it was, it was off limits.

From that point on, sin spread throughout mankind. We still have to deal with it today, and its consequences brought trouble into this world.

God Launched a Plan to Save Sinful Mankind

As the rest of the story unfolds, you see that God loved us too much to leave us in our sin in a sinful world. In StoryBoard 3 He set in motion a plan that would one day bless the entire world. In StoryBoard 12 we finally see the answer to all of our troubles that began in that garden with that apple.
