The Top Five Ways I’ve Already Benefited from Bible StoryBoards

In the short time that Bible StoryBoards has existed, I have personally benefited by it in many ways. Here are my top five:

Has increased my understanding of, and appreciation for, God’s amazing love

In writing the Bible StoryBoards book, my wife and I were deeply impacted by spending so much time focusing on the greatest love story ever told. Seen in the pages of the Bible, God’s love is unending. Unrelenting. Undeserved. Though we have repeatedly turned our backs on God, He has never turned His back on us. If God’s love were like our human love, He would have abandoned us long ago. I am so thankful that Bible StoryBoards has reminded me that God keeps on loving me, like He has loved mankind since the beginning of this world, no matter what.
Has deepened my love for God

Chosen People

When you focus on the storyline of the Bible with Bible StoryBoards, you clearly see all that God has done for us. And the result is a deeper love for Him. How could I not love the God who created me, protects me, provides for me, saves me, and gives me hope and a better future? And He does all that even though I don’t deserve any of it. Understanding more of what God has done for me makes me love Him even more.
Has given me a simple way to visually explain the entire Bible

I love the Bible and the amazing story it tells. I want to help others understand it too. And now with Bible StoryBoards I can easily explain the simple story of God and man that the Bible tells. Even today while I was out on the golf course I was able to help a new Jewish friend see the big picture of the Hebrew Scriptures. In just a few seconds He saw the Torah with new understanding.
Has opened doors for sharing the Gospel with unbelievers

Consequences

Bible StoryBoards is now my favorite tool for helping unbelievers understand our need for a Savior. Simply asking them if they know much about the Bible has opened doors for sharing the Gospel with them. As I flip through the pictures on the Bible StoryBoards app I can easily talk them through the storyline and tell them about the incredible sacrifice God made in order to save us and adopt us into His family. This story of undeserved grace and mercy, when seen woven through the Bible account, changes lives.
Has helped me be a better dad and grandpa

Even though our three children are grown up and now have homes and families of their own, I still like to do what I can to help them all love God and each other even more. I’ve found Bible StoryBoards to be a big help in passing along my faith to my family. It’s fun, informative, and has helped them pass their faith along to others too.
